Provo Bankruptcy

The Provo office was located at: 3651 N. 100 E., Suite 350, Provo, UT 84604.

Coincidentally, when I first moved back from Arizona, I started a solo law practice and ran it out of this same location. This experience led me directly into bankruptcy law (as the office failed and I eventually filed my own personal bankruptcy).

I left this space back in 2006 and started renting it again in 2013. It took some time to get back there.

The best thing about filing a chapter 7 in Provo, hands down, is that if you file your case in Provo, or anywhere in Utah County, we will end up having our 341 Meeting of Creditors at the Provo Library (or old BYU Academy). You will not make the drive up to Salt Lake unless you have a more complicated Chapter 13 case.
